Inaugurating 30 Mutual Health Associations
- One of RRI’s high impact, quick win projects is the launch of 30 MHAs at community level, and to provide access to them to affordable cost. A Mutual Health Association (MHA) is a privately or publicly incorporated body registered solely to provide access to health care services through accredited Health Care Facilities. It is a non-profit organization formed on the basis of solidarity and the collective pooling of health risks by members of a given community. It is governed by its own constitution/bylaws. Members take part in its management.
